Inside the portal, every cycle record is displayed with simple indicators. Validation messages are shown alongside the data, so your team can review, correct, or add notes without hunting across systems.
Once records are complete, you simply mark them as "Ready." Bulk actions and filters make it easy to handle many cases at once.
Once your records are marked ready, EmbryoLogix generates a validated export file in the exact format SART and BORN require. Download the file and upload it directly to the registry portal - no re-entry, no reformatting, no guesswork.
After uploading your export file to the SART or BORN portal, return to EmbryoLogix to update your submission status. You can mark the entire export as submitted with a single toggle - automatically updating all included cycles to "Submitted Successfully." For BORN submissions, you can also upload the acknowledgement reports BORN provides (batch file and error audit) directly into EmbryoLogix. The system processes these files automatically, marking cycles as successfully submitted or flagging any that require follow-up - giving you a clear, accurate record of every submission without manual cycle-by-cycle updates.
